A Way
of Looking
at Things

This project was part of my second-year work at University
for editorial design. The brief was to use the text of architecture Peter Zumthor called a way of looking at things and to express the narrative through defined typography and self-generated imagery. I used a condensed typeface that was expressed through large page headings and pull quotes in editorial design. This further enhanced the text to then support my own self-generated imagery through photography. I used brutalist architecture as my focus as I felt this was my opportunity
to express one of my key interests whilst expressing the text
of Peter Zumthor through visual expression.
