Museum Für Gestultan Zurich
This passion project explored the intersection of design, technology, and art through an exhibition concept for the Museum Für Gestaltung in Zurich. The expo highlighted the evolution of creative coding and generative processes in contemporary art and design. The aim was to develop a visual identity that not only aligned with the subject matter but also emphasised my ability to conceptualise and execute complex ideas.

Brief
This project was created for my personal development and was a passion project. I aimed to explore generative art and creative coding to better understand this design style. The goal was to create a visual identity that would communicate effectively within the museum and to its audience.
Rationale
The project sought to bridge the gap between the abstract nature of generative art and the tangible experience of an exhibition. By blending form-based systems, typography, and digital design, I crafted an engaging narrative designed to immerse visitors in the experience from the exterior presentation of the expo to the dynamic installations showcased within.
The visual identity was rooted in the principles of generative art, utilising algorithmic patterns and dynamic forms to create a cohesive and visually stimulating environment. This approach extended across various touch points, including promotional materials, way-finding systems, and interactive digital interfaces.
Resolution
The final execution successfully brought together the disciplines of design, technology, and art, creating a space that was both educational and inspiring. This project not only showcased my ability to develop a comprehensive visual identity but also highlighted my skills in conceptual thinking, typography, and digital design.
Each element of the expo was meticulously designed to reflect the core theme of generative processes.
The typographic choices were bold and modern, complementing the innovative nature of the content. Digital installations were interactive, inviting visitors to engage with the art in a meaningful way, thus reinforcing
the exhibition's narrative.
